Squid Dissection

The thing I found most interesting about the squid disection was that we got to take the ink sac out and write with it using the pen! I remember seeing octopi and squid on tv shows when i was younger and how they squirted the ink and thought it was so cool! This animal (the squid) is useful and important in its environment because it is food (prey) for other animals and contributes to the foodchain by being a predator as well. Also we eat squid in calamari.
